We visited recently, and we are very seriously considering an apartment at The Falls. The facility and units are beautiful, and the management is exceptionally nice.
I have lived at the Falls for over a year and I am very pleased. The staff has been very friendly and helpful every time I have needed anything. This place has everything you need for a very reasonable price. It is also located very closely to downtown Kansas City (Power and Light/Sprint Center) and Mission, which is a nice town with many bars and restaurants within 2 miles.

Living at The Falls has its UPS and its DOWNS. Downside is in the winter you better have a car with some nuts or powers of a god because the only entrance, also a down cause youll never get away from the police ever, is difficult to manuver if snow or ice is on it. Also parking is like Russian roulette sometimes its awesome sometimes you eat a bullet. Other than those downsides it has its amazing charms.
