Chose Fountain Room for anniversary dinner with another couple that share our same date. Decor was described as modern Supper Club, but with wall of mostly glass on ground floor with light flooding in from the street, it did not give us that vibe. As it is an extension of the Bottleworks Hotel and Garage, assumed it would continue the Art Deco style of their excellent restoration. Food was good service by Raymond was great. We were seated upstairs by ourselves for about 40 min. Which was weird bc there were plenty of seats open downstairs. When we left I noticed everyone upstairs that was male either had a hat on or tshirt of some kind. Downstairs not so much. Wish the dress code would be changed to business casual if that’s the requirement to sit downstairs. Little offensive wing segregated by ourselves for 40 minutes. Hi Cubsfan317, I apologize about the mix up with seating. We don't have a dress code anywhere in the restaurant, you're welcome to come dressed as you please. We did have a few reservations that evening that could not traverse the stairs upon arrival, which did leave your party alone for an unexpected amount of time. Great food and ambiance. Server was very nice, price was what you should expect for upper scale establishment.

The lunch menu had a nice variety of choices and prices were reasonable and fair. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent food and drinks. Love the atmosphere... unique and very cool. Will definitely come back for dinner sometime.

We were disappointed in that the level of service we expected was not there. Maybe it was too soon after their opening. The food was not at the proper temperature, which took away from the experience. We like this place and hope that some extra training will improve the overall service.
