The ambience of the restaurant is great. A very Swanky vibe. Our server was wonderful and very accommodating. We ordered the pig and fig flatbread as an appetizer and it was tasty, but they did leave an inedible rind on the pork which made it awkward to try to chew it and then take it out of your mouth, before we realized that it was inedible. We were able to cut the rest of it off. And they did make accommodation for that on our final bill which was great. I had the meatloaf at my husband had the burger. Both are very good.... read more

Zacharias, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our brunch was nothing short of perfect. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor truly elevated our dining experience. Not only was the service outstanding, but the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Beautiful restaurant but the food was bland, service was outstanding

Was initially taken back by the attitude of the young ladies at the hostess station. It would appear they didn’t like being there. Our server Becca turned things around with above and beyond service! Also the dishes we ordered were well prepared with delicious care.

Diego was the man! Do not lose him at any cost. He made our experience very memorable and has big personality that is authentic and translates well to diners without being over the top. That is rare in restaurant industry these days. I’m from Chicago and will definitely be going back here in the future.

This was my second visit to the Fountain Room. The first was better than this one. Our table was near the large glass windows and it was very cold. The ceiling diffusers blow out toward the glass and carry the cold air directly down to the tables. Horrible and makes it tough to enjoy the food. We put our coats back on several minutes after removing them. I finally took mine off because it was clumsy to eat but I was freezing. This place was like a modern Great Gatsby! Very cool ambiance. It had an upscale vibe but didn't feel like I had to be super dressed up. Our table ordered scallops, wedge salad, bread with cinnamon butter and brie appetizer. All apps and entrees were delicious. Would definitely come back here. Very cool part of town to walk around as well. Entire restaurant wall is windows, from floor to ceiling, so great people watching too.
