Overall, great experience the service was very good. My flight was a little overdone in the mashed potatoes were a little dry, but my husband absolutely loved his prime rib.

Our experience was great. We were sat on the second floor, which was slightly disappointing because we were looking forward to the atmosphere and architecture of the first floor. The second floor however, was very quiet and felt very relaxed and comfortable. Our food was also very good. My partner and I both ordered the the 16oz ribeye and one of the two of our steaks was significantly tougher than the other so that was also slightly disappointing. Great ambiance. Very friendly and helpful staff. The steaks were seared too much to the point the outside was charred black. I think there are other things on the menu that may have been a better option. Will go back if for no other reason than the ambiance and staff.

Everything about my brunch at The Fountain Room was enjoyable. From the moment you walk in, the décor and the incredible smell of goodness draw you in. The Christmas decorations were a beautiful added touch and made the space feel especially warm and inviting. There was a snow storm outside snd it was absolutely freezing inside. At the first table where we were seated, I could feel cold air blowing on me. We were relocated to a new table on an area without a draft, but the table was very small for 4 guests. Most guests wore their coats throughout brunch. I feel the restaurant should’ve been prepared for this. There were a few space heaters on but they were too small to warm the space, especially with the high ceilings. We received wonderful service and the food was great; however, the restaurant was freezing. We switched tables but even then it was quite cold. Definitely would recommend visiting in the summer but not on a cold day in the winter.

Gorgeous atmosphere!! Service was great. We had the focaccia starter, a wedge salad and the peach and beet salad (phenomenal!!!) for salad course and then the short ribs (outstanding. Tender, fall of the bone), and the lasagna. Everything was tasty and we look forward to coming to try other dishes. Everything on the menu sounded mouthwatering.
