We went to the store and had a hard time selecting a door. They were all so beautiful, we wanted them all. When we settled on a door, we put our order in. We were kept informed during the waiting period for the door to be delivered to the company and finished. When our new door arrived William came to install it. He did a beautiful job and took pride in his work. We are so pleased and very prout of our investment. Our old front door was removed and replaced a new door.
Mr. Roberts was very knowledgeable about the various doors and finishes. The re-finisher, who came to discuss refinishing my old door vs purchasing a new one, was completely honest. The man who came to measure and Javier, the installer, were wonderful. They were very professional, asking me about several options for the installation and giving me the pros and cons for each. Install new front door, hinges and weather stripping plus the lock I had purchased elsewhere.

PROVIDED ALL OF THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE TYPES OF WOOD. EXPLAINED THE FINISHES AND DIFFERENT PATTERNS OF GLASS DESIGNS. EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE. THEY PROVIDED LOADS OF BROCHURES. THEY ASSISTED IN SELECTING A 'FRONT DOOR'. THE DOOR WAS ORDERED AND STAINED. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW DOOR. AND ALSO INSTALLED OUR HARDWARE.

Wasn't done. Nothing was needed, ordered or done!
Never could get them to come out. Called several times -we were told they would call back and never did. We could never get them to come out to estimate the replacement of front door glass and refinishing the door. Business must be good!

Stripped, sanded, stained and varnished front door.
There was a time lag of 10 weeks from placing the order to the expected delivery date and this was clearly explained and acceptable. The front door was to be stained and it came out beautifully and this is truly one of the prettiest front doors I've ever seen. The three french doors are aluminum clad on the outside and come with a sliding screen which will allow us to open the doors and catch the breeze from different sides of the house (that we couldn't before). I called to see about having my fiberglass door which is stained to look like wood stripped and restained. The guy who answered the phone could not have sounded more uninterested in speaking with customers from the moment he answered the phone. He let me speak and then said they don't work on fiberglass, only wood. I said thank you, he said uh-huh, and hung up the phone. Whoever he was (no name was given), does a poor job of speaking to customers. Not a good first impression. Called for an estimate
