I called for three window pane replacements. They quoted me a price. I accepted. They installed them. No pressure. No upsell. A very pleasant experience.

Called to see if we could move our appointment for glass replacement a few day’s earlier , they came the same day I called there were here putting new glass in and were quick and friendly and it looks nice

Great group of gentlemen who worked diligently to install our windows, including a picture window 20 feet up. They explained what they were doing and answered all of ur questions. They were efficient and quickly and professionally completed the the installation of nine new windows. The results look great! I would definitely call them again to if we have any further problems with our older windows.

We had a foggy window that needed fixed or replaced. Pella couldn't do it without replacing the whole bank of windows. A friend recommended Glass Guru. Beth at Glass Guru was a delight to work with, and the gentleman that came out to measure our window was courteous, professional and personable! The two men that came to install the window were quick and efficient. I highly recommend Glass Guru!!
