Great job and reasonable
Ordered the new windows on 2/16/24 and 10 days later they were delivered and installed. The delivery/installation guys were great and the windows are beautiful. It's so nice NOT to have cloudy or foggy windows.
Inspection of window found a broken ballast. Techician was clear that it may take some time to locate the replacement part due to the age of the window. Luckily, they had the correct part in their stock and returned the next day. Repair work was efficient. I was fully aware of cost and any possible delays from the initial contact. Follow up was great.
The team went above and beyond the call of duty. Fixed my shower the very next day and it looks even better than the day it was installed. So appreciative of their efforts.
Tom arrived on time and went to work right away to replace the cracked window. He completed the job in about thirty minutes. The new window looks great. Thank you.
After my 12 foot tall front door window broke, they came the next biusiness day for a quote. They were very professional and did a great job measuring the glass and determining the type of glass. Two weeks later my door was a good as new. They even vacuumed after to make sure everything was safe. Thank you, excellent job!
