Inspection of window found a broken ballast. Techician was clear that it may take some time to locate the replacement part due to the age of the window. Luckily, they had the correct part in their stock and returned the next day. Repair work was efficient. I was fully aware of cost and any possible delays from the initial contact. Follow up was great.

After my 12 foot tall front door window broke, they came the next biusiness day for a quote. They were very professional and did a great job measuring the glass and determining the type of glass. Two weeks later my door was a good as new. They even vacuumed after to make sure everything was safe. Thank you, excellent job!

Installed a Splendor Barcelona Barn Door shower door. Installers were on time. Installation took some thought and the guys were up to the task. Needed a little tweaking and Glass Guru responded the next work day. Would higjly recommend them.
