After 27 years, we needed new shingles for a roof. We did a lot of research and settled on using the services of the Canadian Roof Do. We were not disappointed. The owner Brad was very prompt in returning my calls and providing information and clarification on the products to be used. He made it work for me when the colour of shingle I wanted was not part of the original package offered. The crew was diligent and personable. The work preformed in cleaning what I thought was a pretty clean roof to start was most impressive. Some 25 man hours which was likely far more then expected when quote was done and job booked some 5 months earlier. Excellent clean up of grounds and then approx. 10 man hours to spray on coating. Good communication from head office once job started and then delayed due to weather. The Great Canadian Roof Doctor did an excellent job in cleaning and sealing the roof.Cleanup was excellent for both gutters and garden areas.I certainly would recommend them Great warranty is a bonus.

Morgan and Steve cleaned our roof on the hottest day on record and then came back the following day and applied the preservative to the fiberglass shingles. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They were able to answer all my questions and the office staff, Anna and the owner Brad were very polite and and returned all emails and phone calls promptly. The Great Canadian Roof Doctor in Victoria are the best. True professional full roofing service, honest and fair pricing. The clear acrylic coating is a fantastic product we had our roof done a year and a half ago. They washed the roof removing all moss. Applied the sealant, cleaned the gutters and the worksite. Our roof looks brand new and the rest of the roofs I our neighborhood are definitely showing age and the houses are only around 10 years old. We woke up on New Years Day to a lovely leak in our upstairs laundry area. We checked the attic and discovered water coming into the area and down through the light fixture. Our nephew suggested we call The Great Canadian Roof Doctor as the company that he works for has had successful dealings with them with roof repairs. Our roof looks like new after it was cleaned and sealed. ******** *** ****did a great job. The temperature was extremely hot the day they arrived but they did not let that slow them down. Appreciate the warranty which can be passed along if we decide to sell. Overall we are satisfied customers and would not hesitate recommending the Canadian Roof Doctor to others.
