I don't know how the owner of this outfit goes about hiring people, but it sure works. The two guys he sent to do the prep on our roof were first class. Tireless and thorough. Same with the guys who did the coating. And we have built-in gutters, which they hand painted with silicone, very thorough. I recommend them without reservation.
