We are a 29-townhouse strata. We initially met **** through some repair work. This escalated to considering his product for a block (4 rooftops) of deteriorating shingles. We were attracted to the 10-year warranty. Although waiting was a while (they're busy), we felt it was worth it. Cost-effective and thorough. Time will tell as to the product hardiness, but we are pleased with our decision, and ****'s service. We would do this again on other problematic blocks.

Canadian Roof Doctor was negligent in their job on our home. They rushed the silicone gutter application and and had splatter, paint lines, finger prints and paint drips all over the roofs flashing's and roof singles. The rain down spouts were either left on the ground or not put back in place after the job. We also had damage to our solar lights that were knocked down from the sides of our home. When applying silicone on a 3 level roof with a very steep pitch we expect to have a few drips here and there. After we were completed you asked if we could apply a second coat of silicone with a dark grey colour because you did not like the white silicone that was applied on your approx. 600 lineal feet of hidden gutter.
