The team was great, very professional, friendly and both the cleaning and the spraying was done quickly with no disruption to us or the neighbors. It was well worth the 6 month wait. We were kept informed of the expected dates and were given enough notice to make arrangements to move articles in the yard etc. Would highly recommend this team. The fact we can pass on the 10 year warranty to the next owner should we need to move is a bonus as well. Thanks for the great service.

The actual work was very well done, in both cases (cleaning the roof and spraying on the Acrylic sealant) were done with a minimum of disturbance and clean up was awesome. Our only issue was not having a clear date as to when the two teams would be arriving. We were given a possible two month time frame for completion being Sep/Oct - possibly our first foray into the wet season; and, understanding that the weather is highly unpredictable, at this time, and the need for a dry roof is necessary, we had to contact the company a... read more

The reason for this is due to being weather dependent. We are happy we were able to get your roof sealed this year. Thank you for understanding how our scheduling works. The crew was a bit behind this summer due to more rain than usual on Vancouver Island, but they did their best to accommodate my schedule to apply the sealant before I had a solar panel system installed. The solar panels could be up for 25-35 years before something better comes along and I really wanted the sealant on so that hopefully the roof won't need work during that time. The crew was on time (weather permitting) and promptly got to work in a safe and professional manner. The cleaning cycle was fascinating to watch and they cleaned removed moss and stuff from everything including all exterior walls and windows where it washed to. They communicated with us at all times and were willing to answer any questions we had. Great customer service to get the job set up. You have to be a bit flexible since it is weather permitting but they were great at communicating to arrive at a time that worked best for us ! The roof turned out great!

I was away on hollidays when the Roof Doctor had cleaned and applied the sealant on my roof. They have done an excellent job of cleaning up and had cleaned up more than I had around my home. I am very pleased with their work and the way they treated me was exceptional. I was not at home to give them the final payment, which they were not concerned about that. I had them seal my 18 year old Duroid roof in June. I had to make my deposit to them last November, but no worries! A great job, I have the cleanest and best looking roof in ***** *****.
