RecommendedToday we took our dog tigger who is a 20 year old Westie in for his last grooming before we have to put him down...they have always done such a great job on him and always say he's such a "sweet old dog!" When we came to pick him up the owners brought him out to us and said "since it's the last time they will see him there is no charge for him today!" I had a very bad experience with this place and would not recommend it. My dog was groomed here and was cut over five times, requiring a visit to the vet. No one informed me at pickup, and the manager tried to blame it on my dog being matted, which does not justify multiple injuries. The boarding experience was just as concerning. When my dog was picked up, his belongings were disorganized, and his bed was returned soaked in dried feces. Staff admitted multiple dogs had diarrhea but never contacted me.
