When we first moved to the area, we found The Grooming Room Pet Spa, and felt super comfortable leaving our dogs there. Fast forward to this year. The first time we left our dog was for a week, and when we picked him up, they notified us that while trimming his nails, they accidentally cut one of his nails too short (he was bleeding a little bit when we got home. I find that shocking and disturbing for us here and as we love and care for everyone as if they are our own. Might I make the suggestion as to a different idea? We took our dogs here to get a haircut and they came back with kennel cough 🙄
although I have been very happy with my dogs haircuts every time I had an issue with the groomer cierra she wrote on his card that "mom can be a karen" the owners did nothing about it 😕so will not be returning to the grooming room I have never had an issue with this place ..Sarah used to groom him until she left and cierra started doing him but I can't let my pup go back there

I have been taking my Golden here every 6 months for the past 5 years. I only recently started having issues with this place. I decided to give them a second chance, when 3 days ago she was brought in for a full groom. I asked 3 separate people to NOT shave my dog (because they have shaved her before). Including the person who took my appointment, the person who groomed her, as well as a voicemail prior to her appointment (because they would not answer the phone when I called). Taylor Your partner dropped your dog off at your appointment time you were booked originally for a bath only, as our groomers were fully booked, we told your partner we could do a full groom on your dog he said great, we asked if you wanted your dog to have the same haircut we had done last time he said yes, so that was the same haircut as last time. To avoid confusion and disappointment you should of dropped the dog of yourself and had a full consultation with the groomer.
