RecommendedThis was the perfect place to leave our beloved Dallas while we were taking a family vacation. RecommendedI can't say enough about the wonderful care our fur babies have received from everyone at The Grooming Room. They first began boarding and grooming our late beagle, Scooter. Scooter was already a little old man, senile and a bit incontinent, when we began taking him here. Everyone was always so kind and tolerant to our little boy. I brought my labradoodle Duke in today for a Groom. First off, I call and Sarah told me initially that they were all booked. I explained my situation to her and she MADE time for my baby. She was very thorough and called me when there was major matting on and in his ears. I have been taking him to Petsmart once a month to be groomed since I had him (he will be 3 yrs old this month) and they say that they plucked his ears every visit...apparently they hadn't! Chris, Nichola, DJ and Amy always go above and beyond to take care of our puppies and also do everything in their power to assist us when we are picking up late! Cant thank them enough for everything they've done for our fur children. I would and do constantly highly recommend people to this facility!
The entire staff at The Grooming Room treat each and every dog that comes in like family and takes care of my dogs as if they were their own. My mind is always at ease when my two Labs are with them because I know they are well taken care of!!
