I brought my labradoodle Duke in today for a Groom. First off, I call and Sarah told me initially that they were all booked. I explained my situation to her and she MADE time for my baby. She was very thorough and called me when there was major matting on and in his ears. I have been taking him to Petsmart once a month to be groomed since I had him (he will be 3 yrs old this month) and they say that they plucked his ears every visit...apparently they hadn't! Chris, Nichola, DJ and Amy always go above and beyond to take care of our puppies and also do everything in their power to assist us when we are picking up late! Cant thank them enough for everything they've done for our fur children. I would and do constantly highly recommend people to this facility!
The entire staff at The Grooming Room treat each and every dog that comes in like family and takes care of my dogs as if they were their own. My mind is always at ease when my two Labs are with them because I know they are well taken care of!!
RecommendedThey are the only place that has ever groomed my wrenni since he was adopted at 7 mos. He is now 10years old.. The day care is awesome and can handle my baby Hef who is 100lbs of hyper.
Took great care of my golden retriever and gave her the cutest heart bandana for valentines!
My dog Athena comes twice a week to stay and play, and she could not be more excited when she knows she gets to go. The staff is always wonderful and extremely attentive and I can tell Athena loves to see them as much as she loves to play with the other dogs. The staff always let me know how she was feeling while she was there and know her by name when I go to pick her up and drop her off. I would rate them many more stars if I could.
They were amazing with my old dog who hates baths. They even trimmed the fur between his paw pads! I didn't even request it but it was great because I usually do that at home because the hair gets long and he slips. I will definitely be returning!
I absolutely love what they did with my dog. I am new to the long haired dog world, so this was my first experience and it was a great one. The people are nice and friendly and my dog looks like a brand new pup! He was prancing around with a "look at me!!" Attitude. We definitely will be returning.
My furbaby Cooper absolutely loves the staff. They take good care of him when we board him and drop him off for day care.
