We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We were impressed by what we saw here, it seems like a really good place.
I think the place is outstanding in all areas. Food is wonderful, staff is very friendly and caring. Its a real fun and friendly environment for all the residents. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.
I moved my mom in here this week after being recommended by a place for mom. The whole process to get her into this place was a mess from the beginning. Seemed very rushed to get us to sign and everything they did seems like a set up. For starters all pricing info was labeled "TBD" instead of giving us a hard price on things. Then when discussing prices everything was written down by the staff on scratch paper and nothing official. All legal docs they used have "TBD" in the pricing in order to give them freedom to bribe you ... read more
My mother has been a resident at The Hampton for over a year. I can honestly say that in all this time, I have been extremely pleased. The staff, from the executive director to the custodians, have been caring and professional. The facility itself is top-notch. The nurses and aides are patient and loving. They have gone the extra mile for my mom and for me and have become like a second family.This is a difficult time in life for all involved, and they have helped to make both of us as comfortable as possible. Very large community facility with excellent decor and ambience. Memory unit is well designed and staff are helpful.
Our experience with The Hamptons at Meadows Place has been great! The director, Byron was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He helped to make the transition so smooth. The lady they sent out to do the assessment was very nice and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. From the administrative staff to the financial person, everyone was very helpful, to not only the family, but resident as well. The nursing staff and housekeepers are very accommodating. It was good, but it was not the level of care that we needed. We didn't know enough about what was needed, and I don't know if maybe the assessment wasn't very thorough. They had only a few caregivers for a lot of people. I think the patients are expected to be more independent. It was clean but the room wasn't as well kept as I would have hoped. Overall I think they're doing a good job at The Hampton at Meadows Place. It's a beautiful, well kept facility, and they take great care of the residents here. The staff have all been very friendly and professional.
Loved it and will also seriously consider this location.
