It’s a wonderful place. She likes the food. It has lovely grounds. The staff has been great, very friendly and supportive. The community is clean and well maintained. It’s a good value for the money. The care services are meeting our needs.
We've had a great experience with The Hampton so far. The staff are all terribly friendly and caring, and do a great job looking after their residents. The only complaint I can think of is that they could stand to have a few more activities specifically for their memory care residents.
Pristine facility, beautiful decor, landscaping, many activities, well managed and reasonable value compared to other facilities that I visited. My #1 choice.
It is a clean community. The staff is friendly. It’s a very nice community with a large dining room and cheery art on the walls. The residents seem happy. It’s a good idea to know what you’re signing a contract for though.
I think they’re taking good care of my loved one. It seems to be a really nice place. She’s clean and happy and I guess that’s all that matters. We haven’t had any problems with the laundry so far. I was real pleased with it, which is why I chose it over the others. The other residents seem happy to be there.
My mother had lived with my husband and I for about 10 years and had been somewhat indedent. Came to The Hamptons right at 2 months ago and although my mom had her pitty parties everyone at The Hamptons were very, very supportive and really helped her finally get where she needs to be mentally with her new living situation. Thanks to everyone at The Hamptons
They're doing a good job here, overall. They're providing the care my loved one needs, and although she isn't always happy with what they provide here I feel like they're doing the best that they can. It's a nice looking community, they keep it clean, and the staff are friendly.
This is just a great place overall. It's always very clean, and the care and activities provided are great. The staff in particular are just outstanding. There's never a frown to be seen, they're always willing to help with anything, and they genuinely seem to love their jobs and the people that live there. Not only do they provide excellent care to the residents, they're a great source of comfort and advice to family members as well. We couldn't be happier that we chose them!
I was only there for a little bit, but nothing really stood out. The main reason that we didn't choose it was because the memory care was on the third floor and my dad would have had a harder time going outside unless he was chaperoned (which he wouldn't like.) I was also not as homey.
