Get directionsI felt the Harrison was spacious and clean, both the common areas and the rooms. They had many nooks and crannies to sit and chat or read. I felt they offered enough to satisfy the residents. They had a bistro and a happy hour social bar. All came with nominal charges which could be charged to the room or on a credit card. The sales team really tried to work with us to meet our budget, offering many deals. It seems like a nice place.
The overall experience has been good and the staff are very friendly and provide very good quality of care. The meals and dining has changed since last year, it is not as good of a menu and the quality of cook as last year. They could use more staff, they are very slow...hopefully this will improve with The Harrison, it has only been a few weeks. The activities are ok, our loved one doesn't attend many, sometimes the ones she might be interested in are too early in the day. Ok value, of course everything is so expensive
In the beginning of 2024, my mother moved in. We had an amazing experience right from the start. Our first encounter in sales was with [name removed]. He was courteous, pleasant, self-assured, and not overbearing. He won us over the minute we met him. He just confidently imparted facts to us and knows he works at the top community in town. Every employee there always has a smile on their face, and every person is treated like family. The space is maintained well and is very clean. Extended family members are also encouraged ... read more
I really feel like it was the best care I could find anywhere. The staff keeps the residents very clean and constantly cared for. I spent many hours going in to check on my mother, and I never found her neglected. It was very clean and organized.
My mother was previously a resident at HarborChase of Stuart. Everyone seemed very helpful at this facility! We were very involved with the staff. My mom was in between Assisted Living and rehab needs. It was a little bit too much for them to handle. We decided to take mom home and have skilled nursing until she is ready to be on her own, if that ever happens. I would definitely recommend HarborChase of Stuart in the future.
My mom, 87, has been in memory care for more than a decade and Harborchase is her third residence. It is beyond anything I could have designed for her on my own, filled with not only caring staff, but people who are dedicated to making a difference to our elder population. Each person I have interacted with has at least taken the time to say "Hello, how are you?" from the dining staff I just walk by to everyone in memory care, the front office, and kitchen. I moved my mom from a place where she mostly sat, unengaged and bore... read more
I really like it here! It's beautiful inside and there is happy hour everyday with great entertainment two nights a week I have a one bedroom apartment I haven't seen what the other ones look like, there are no stoves only a microwave and a refrigerator in the kitchenette. I would recommend HarborChase of Stuart to others.
They have beautiful amenities, atmosphere and people. They provide a bus for outside activities everyday, fitness, salon, games, arts and crafts, games, and movie nights. I would recommend to others.
I toured this facility and it was ok, but felt the Memory Care was small and that they were concentrating more on Independent Living and Assisted Living. It was a 4 overall, just not what I was looking for.
