The food was fantastic. There was one lunch that was spareribs, and a breakfast was a spinach breakfast. My loved one was well cared for. I was pleased with the community. The only concern is sometimes the overnight staff would seem to be a little rough, which is the only negative. The community is beautiful though.

The community is very clean and upscale, the people who work there are very friendly an dedicated. We do think they are doing a great job given the circumstances. I have been able to be there for several meal times and all the meals are very well balanced and well prepared. The food is delicious and they have big gatherings for all the residents who live there

This was a nice tour but I did not feel like they would be able to care for my loved one like he needed due to behavior issues.

The facility is indeed beautiful to look at and has many amenities however a facility is only as good as the management and the people who work there! No consistency in staff or management. No communication between facility, residents and families. No follow through when questions arise concerning care of a loved one. Poor staff training. Many medication errors, falls and hospital visits due to lack of supervision and med errors. Having a loved one in Memory Care and friend in Assisted Living gives me unique advantage to rev... read more

They do not provide what is sold to you. To my understanding they have one of the best memory care units however, it is still lacking in care. The staff need more training for a memory care unit, with Alzheimer and dementia patients.

The community looked like a five star resort, with a lot of activities and amenities. The price was out of our budget and that was the downfall.

My Mom is a resident. I’m extremely concerned. It seems decisions may be made based on which way the wind is blowing. One example: Each time we visited during our decision making process, food was practically thrown at us. Their food is good and it was one of the selling points. Yesterday I spent 4 or 5 hours with my Mom. We had an enjoyable morning. We decided to have lunch together. I was told I cannot enjoy a lunch with Mom. I was allowed to sit with Mom while she ate! I offered to pay! Yes Huh? They had lunch prepared fo... read more
