Get directionsI cannot rate the food since I haven't seen nor eaten it! But, even though my aunt tells me it isn't good (!), she starts asking when it's time to eat at least a half hour early and rushes to get seated in the dining room! She has dementia and seems to be getting excellent care. She has made friends and interacts with the people all day. She was previously in a place where she stayed in her room alone all day and slept most of the day. I would recommend HarborChase of Wildwood to others.
My loved one is currently a resident at HarborChase of Wildwood and everything has been great for her so far at this facility. They have my loved one's medical issues under control with their personnel that come to the facility. My loved one is finally seeing the good again. I would recommend HarborChase to family and friends.
Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a really nice tour experience and would of been a good option for our loved one.
I toured this community and it was nice. I didn't like that they don't have a night nurse on staff.
We had a nice tour with HarborChase of Wildwood. The only downfall was that is it multiple stories and has elevators. With moms memory issues we thought she would get very confused.
Our families was able to have an in person tour before everything was really shut down so we were able to walk around and see different apartments. We were able to eat lunch there on our tour, we would say our experience was okay. Nothing was wrong with this community, we just wanted a place that solely focused on memory care so staff members didn't have to go back and forth from assisted living to memory care.
I would recommend to others for their loved ones depending on their needs. The friendly and caring staff stand outs to me. The communication with the staff was well with the family. They have a lot of indoor activities available for residents to participate in.
The communication was poor between the staff and families during COVID. When I was able to go into the community, the staff were very kind and friendly. I would say to try the community, and be extra viligent for your loved one's care.
Harbor Chase community had several activities for the residents to participate in. There was painting, WII bowling, they even had poker nights. The food was okay. The apartments at this community were pretty small, but they had a lot of natural lighting and were adequate. Even though this is a newer community, the carpet could of used an upgrade.
