Clinical staff is completely incompetent. If you have a loved one that can not advocate for themselves, I would strongly reconsider. I give this facility zero stars.
Run away as fast as you can. They will say anything to get you in. And once in watch out. During the lockdown I was told the help was coming in and visiting the residents. Asked my father and said would just drop off food and leave. My father called for help once because he wasn’t able to get out of bed. The aid came looked at him told him it wasn’t his job and left.
