Very nice setup and atmosphere. Sever was good. Now, we are waiting 35/45 mins to order and receive food. Not that ideal kitchen was overwhelmed with the Mothers Day brunch crowd. Several people left as they just could not take the wait. This place has potential, but several improvements are needed asap. The marketing online (social media) did not live up to the in person experience.
I really enjoyed the shrimp pasta, jollof, and oxtail however we mixed reviews. The redsnapper my friend had was so dry she couldn’t eat it. My other friend ask for ribeye cooked medium and it was definitely well done. After speaking with an owner, the two of them only received a few dollars off their bills as a discount even though neither of them took their food with them. The cocktails are just okay but we atleast had decent service so great job to the waitress.
They change the shrimp count even thought the menu said 6 and we paid 18.00 for 3 shrimp.. but other then that the waitress was wonderful, food was good.DJ Dee fire
Everyone was very welcoming. The decor is beautiful. The food was amazing. They were just short staffed, and my large party only had one waitress. Definitely not her fault overall a good night and we will go again.
Being that it hasn't been open but a month, I'll give them a pass on the speediness of bringing the cocktails out. But although the food was prepared well, it lacked proper "seasoning". My biggest complaint was that the staff didn't operate as a team......but our waiter, Jay, handled our group of 8 like a CHAMP and we tipped greatly to show our appreciation! And , with all that being said, I WILL RETURN ONCE I FEEL THEY HAVE WORKED OUT ALL THE KINKS!!!!!
Great experience, great service and great food. Brooklyn was great and helped us through menu decisions. The snapper was amazing and so was the oxtail.
The restaurant was beautiful and easily accessible in a relatively new shopping center in Richardson off the 75N freeway. Parking was free and only a short walk to the restaurant. The primary complaint was the food. The menu looked amazing, and we were really looking forward to our meals. Sadly, two people in our party couldn't get what they ordered - the restaurant had run out of some very basic ingredients. The dishes that did come were not very good. My friend and I came here today for their brunch and we were met with friendly faces, yummy food, and a cheery atmosphere! The prices were so affordable and definitely worth it for the quality of the meal! Can’t wait to come back for brunch again or their dinner menu! Thank you! ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Both couples ordered the red snapper. Our friends snapper came undercooked but was quickly replaced. The music and vibe was really great. The drinks were rather pricey, although they were good. Our shrimp appetizer was outstanding.
