Noise was a bit overbearing we couldn’t hear each other at the table. Ox tails and jerk chicken were cooked a bit hard and need to be more tender. Salt should be on fries. Most importantly please use a water filter because whatever water they serve is the worse I’ve ever had in any restaurant. I love supporting black owned businesses but these are re a few things I would change. Outside that the vibe is good as well as the music
The food was not as flavorful as I expected and the automatic gratuity for a party of 2 was a big turn off as well.

We arrived early for our reservation and was seated immediately. The hostess were nice. The waiter took a while to take our drink order but she did apologize. They had live a band playing and music playing at the sametime. Very loud and couldn’t hear conversation at table. Food came out in 10 minutes. Really like the vibe. Had the lamb chops and grits that were so good. Definitely will be back.
Nice venue, and food was good. Great service and music was not to loud
The restaurant is beautiful, the food was fantastic and the service impeccable. I will certainly be foo g back!
Food was delicious. I ordered the lamb and jollof rice. My husband got something from the brunch menu which was good as well. Only complaint is the food is a bit overpriced. With drinks we spent over $150 which is pretty pricey for a Sunday brunch. Great for a special occasion.
Visited during The R&B experience. Taylor (hostess) and Joshua (The DJ) were great.. The bartender (don’t remember her name) was phenomenal.. the male server was subpar. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he just was Not attentive enough. He served us luke warm food because he just wasn’t attentive. He seemed focused on preparing the to-go/DoorDash orders.. Each time I ordered drinks, I had to get them myself.. Other than that, everything was great..
