Have had great experience with Carolina improvements. Last year we had one part of the house roofed, this year we had the other part (1 part 1 story other part 2 story). Carolina improvements was right there to help with our needs. By having the same sales rep he was able to match what was put on the year before. Very good company, would not hestitate to use again.

I could not be any happier with all aspects of the experience with Carolina Improvements. The sales person was courteous, professional, answered all questions and made me feel comfortable; the crew that installed my metal roof was friendly and kept a very neat workplace; the crew's supervisor kept me informed of what was going on regularly and was thorough in making sure I understood the entire process as well as walked the job with me at conclusion. I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed and happy with the job done.
