Jeff worked tirelessly to help us find just the right home under a very tight time deadline. He never gave up on finding a home which met our very specific needs and was an excellent advisor and negotiated a terrific deal on our behalf. Jeff was easy going, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is incredibly versed in Atlanta proper real estate and will make your home purchase fun and relaxing. My husband and I bought a home from Jeff Morabito on 10/25/12. On 9/28/12 4pm the house at 418 Lockwood Ter, Decatur, GA 30030 went on the market. I was able to see the house at 5pm thanks to Jeff's immediate action. He negotiated a proposal and by 10 pm had closed the deal to our liking. Jeff is truly an excellent salesperson and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Her lack of knowledge moved me into chaos multiple times, at the time of inspection there was an issue with fan, and she took the responsibility to fix it and later she sent plumbers, painters to fix the fan who could not fix it and then she asked me share the price of fixing the fan, if she couldn't bear the expenses of fixing a fan why she had to take the responsibility, may be she was in a hurry to close the deal, and every time I talked to her around the issue she behaved like she is doing favor to me, and her aggressive... read more
