I was extremely fortunate to find Jeff through a friend's recommendation. As a business traveller and someone who was looking for a home from out of town, the time was the luxury I didn't have. I called Jeff requesting to view a property he had added earlier that day. Once he answered a few questions regarding the property we set a time to meet early the next morning. Later that night he called me and had three other showings and one offer. He would not accept the offer and allowed me to view the property before anyone else. My wife and I had a great experience working with Jeff to find our condo. He took his time with us and offered excellent advice and found us exactly what we wanted. He really shined for us with the negotiation and was able to help us secure our new home and avoid some of the pitfalls of condo ownership. We could not be happier! He is very courteous and quick to return calls and forward information. The next time we buy or sell it is nice to know we have an agent we can depend on. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff.

I first met Jeff a few years ago when he was the listing agent on a home across the street from my work - I was beginning what would ultimately become a very long journey to sell the historic home I was renovating in Stone Mountain and move closer in. That journey finally came to a close with 2013 - I have my life back now that the short sale is behind me. Jeff became a friend along the road - that's the kind of personal interest he takes in his clients!

Jeff takes the time to get to know a customer, and what they are looking for along with what they "need". He then combines both to help you locate your ideal property! I would definitely recommend him--he was great to work with when I bought my place.

I had a wonderful experience with Jeff. We managed to sell my unit and relocate my tenets all while I was 700 miles away. It was a situation with a lot of moving parts and Jeff handled them all with grace, humor and most importantly, savvy. I would use Jeff again in any Atlanta real estate transaction and wholeheartedly recommend him.
