I was a first time homebuyer and heard horror stories about the home buying process. I am excited to say that my first time home buying experience was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to Jeff and his team at Keller Williams Buckhead, I was able to have a smooth and not so stressful experience. Also, his team really listened to what I wanted, and once I gave them the area codes of my preference, they jumped on it and found my lovely home. Thanks so much Jeff!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on the purchase of our first home. He was very attentive, understanding and diligent. No question was too small. He took the time to explain the whole process and made it very easy for us. Jeff and his assistant Ashley put in countless hours finding homes along the Beltline that fit our criteria, as well as guiding us to several down payment assistance programs. I can't recommend Jeff enough!

Jeff is a consummate professional, a fount of local knowledge, and an insightful partner. As a first time home buyer, Jeff was instrumental in helping me determine and scope my geographic and material interests, as well as guiding me through not only the process of purchasing a home, but also in setting it up and dealing with the myriad complications of paperwork and home-fixing. If and when I decide to sell, I will definitely be calling up Jeff Morabito.

Working with Jeff to buy my first home was a great experience. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted to live, and he did the rest. He was available and communicated with me when it was convenient for me and he worked around my schedule. I really feel that I'm not just another client but actually a friend and a priority. I would work with him again in a minute. His knowledge and experience is what I needed to guide me in the right direction in becoming a first-time homebuyer.

This was a great selling experience for me. I live in Texas and the house I needed to sell was in metro Atlanta. Jeff was referred to me by a Realtor friend in Texas. One of the important factors in working with a Realtor is communication, especially when out of state. I was extremely fortunate to find Jeff through a friend's recommendation. As a business traveller and someone who was looking for a home from out of town, the time was the luxury I didn't have. I called Jeff requesting to view a property he had added earlier that day. Once he answered a few questions regarding the property we set a time to meet early the next morning. Later that night he called me and had three other showings and one offer. He would not accept the offer and allowed me to view the property before anyone else.
