Jeff is an excellent realtor. He handled our entire sale of our condo from states away. His knowledge of the current market, staging, cleaning and negotiating was flawlessly handled with ease by email, text and phone converations. He not only met our needs but exceeded them in getting us the most value for our property. We will highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

I was a first time homebuyer and heard horror stories about the home buying process. I am excited to say that my first time home buying experience was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain the whole process and made it very easy for us. Jeff and his assistant Ashley put in countless hours finding homes along the Beltline that fit our criteria, as well as guiding us to several down payment assistance programs. Working with Jeff to buy my first home was a great experience. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted to live, and he did the rest. He was available and communicated with me when it was convenient for me and he worked around my schedule. I really feel that I'm not just another client but actually a friend and a priority. This was a great selling experience for me. I live in Texas and the house I needed to sell was in metro Atlanta. Jeff was referred to me by a Realtor friend in Texas. One of the important factors in working with a Realtor is communication, especially when out of state.
