We worked with Dan Kuhn to list and sell our home. Dan provided pre-listing advice which we acted on to increase the appeal of our home. Upon listing, Dan brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of the home under the best lighting conditions. When it was time for showings, Dan provided an app that allowed us to easily see and confirm showings. Dan provided a spreadsheet of offers and helped us choose the best one. John and Anna were able to get us into the perfect home in the area we most desired. After being patient with us as we looked at many homes - we were able to buy at a great price, while many others are paying well over asking. They paid very great attention to detail, were extremely responsive and took the time to educate us along the way to ensure we were comfortable. If we ever decide to purchase again, I’ll definitely go with JRS.

John and his team are amazing! From beginning to end they make the home buying and selling process so much less stressful. I have worked with John and his team to sell two properties, both were under contract in less than 48 hours and for over asking price. I have also worked with his team in purchases two home. John was wonderful throughout the entire process. From the start, the advise he gave on getting the house ready to sell was dead on. We followed his advise and it was sold in 3 days. The process of the paperwork, to the stand in for the closing was greatly appreciated. As a first time seller, I had so many questions I was probably annoying :) But John, Melissa and Dan were right there for every question morning, noon and night! Professional... kind...very knowledgeable about the real estate market and has excellent negotiation skills. But what impressed me the most about Dan was his knowledge of house construction. He would point out things that were very important like: “you can tell they had a flood in the basement bc they cut the drywall off at the bottom bc that’s where the water level was.”
