I have been searching for a home for about 6 months. I worked with 4 different realtors who basically brushed me off bc I had a dog and I wanted to rent. WOW! Jaymi is so good! She stuck with me and she was FAST! It took about 1 week for her to find me a home and process all the information & documents. SHE IS AMAZING! I highly recommend her if you are buying or renting. She is so great....I can't say it enough!

This took a lot longer than we had expected, but John was great. He stayed with us every step of the way and his communication was exceptional. He never lost hope and remained positive the whole way through. We were very happy with the outcome and despite the home being on the market so long, we still got almost 97% of the asking price which we feel was great. My company recently notified me that they were going to be shutting down their Pennsylvania facility by the end of the year. I immediately contacted John about selling my home and he came to the rescue. He gave me a list of things to do to my house to get it photo and buyer ready. When I had trouble getting a contractor, he was able to get one out to the house the next day! We worked with Dan for several months before we finally found the home that was perfect for us.
