We had a great house in a challenging location. John was confident he could get a good price for it and priced it higher than other realtors suggested. We sold quickly and for full price. Dan represented us at closing. The buyers were very difficult but Dan handled them professionally and got the deal done. Thank you both for your hard work. We appreciate your diligence.
We had a difficult house to sell as it was 4 sided stucco that had been remiated so finding a strong buyer was critical. John worked with the buyer who felt it was her dream home to support the sale even though it involved her home contingency. It was under contract in 45 days however we anxiously awaited the zoning approval on her home sell. Ultimately it closed at 90 days post up for sale and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the support we got from John and his team! Highly recommend
John and Dan did a great job and they were very responsive. They sold a house that I bought and they were very knowledgeable. They helped explain all of the different systems and made sure everything was working.
