I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a home and, should I need one if I ever decided to relocate, I would call Dan in a heartbeat. He was very professional, but caring at the same time. He responded to my many questions without hesitation and was always there for me. John did a fantastic job. I had previously tried to sell the house through another realtor who didn't seem to understand the area as well as the uniqueness of the house. That was not the case with John. He understood how to price and market the house accordingly. I had constant foot traffic while the house was on the market. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our home search. I was very picky and had a lot of requirements and Dan really did his research in making sure he showed us homes that had all the items on my checklist.
