John helped sell one of my properties in three weeks after I had it listed with another broker for 6 months. His market expertise and tenaciousness in representing me as a client was unmatched. I listed another property with John a short time later and it sold very quickly as well. I was unable to make the closing and John orchestrated all necessary efforts for me to still sell the property. I would highly recommend John to anyone in need of real estate services.

We enlist John to sell a home for us. We had an idea that the house would sell for around $330. After talking to John, he said we should list for $350, because of the work we had put into the home and the quality was there. After 5 days on the MLS, we received multiple offers and wound up selling for $350. John's assessment of our property was spot on. We will definitely seek his help with our next property flip. John Salkowski is a hell of a guy ......He stayed with us during my fight with cancer and was always encouraging and went the full 9 yards to sell our house....you could not find a better sales man or gentleman or...friend...than John.....He is presently helping us look for our new house...You cannot go wrong with John as an agent or friend.......Jim & Jean Smith.

John was able to sell our Mother's home for the estate in a very short time, a couple of weeks. It was sold as is, for the asking price. He was excellent in keeping me informed at all steps. We had some difficulty with closing due to the buyers' lender and real estate agent, but John was able to bring them back to focuss and successfully complete the sale. John represented me at closing and saw it through to completion. I would recommend John to anyone who wishes to sell a home quickly in a difficult market.

I can honesty say john is the only realtor I will ever use. My wife and went through a tough time and had to short sale are home 2 years ago and it was a difficult time financially and mentally.
