John in one of the best at what he does. Had the house on the market for 7 months with a well known realter with only one offer. John works hard to sell your house. Always answers text phone or email. Could never get ahold of thre other realter. Best thing we ever did was getting John to sell our house. You should too. Great person who cares. Thanks John.
I had a bad experience with JRS Realty. Used Non-professional photographs that were blurry. Old locks that didn't secure the key to my house. I was pressured often to lower the price of my house when it wouldn't sell quickly. Our relationship ended in a shouting match. I found another real estate agent, who sold the exact same house 12 weeks later for $20,000 more than the price John wanted me to lower my house too.
