"buying a car at Lakehead Motors, Thunder Bay" first impression of the dealership is nice bright clean showroom. Rick Reid was friendly and professional. He explained all aspects of the car in a slow direct professional tone, ensuring that I understood everything. Very patient with all my questions. I feel as a front line employee he set a very high standard for the rest of the employees. My time with the other two individuals was very limited but they were very firendly and did the job in a very short time.
