"Buying a new Dodge Juorney" The Journey is what we wanted to purchase. We didn't shop anyway else. They didn't review the total invoice with us. They charged us 791.00 dollars for services we didn't want. They reviewed the extended warranty available by not the $395.00 under the title of options and 299.00 under the title of Symtech-ride green/tire gard. We would not have taken these two products. "A very satisfying experience" I did more research on my Renegade than I ever did on any other car I've purchased, and I had several dealerships across Ontario and Manitoba vying for my business. Every time I had quotes or questions, I took them to Greg Cleland, and he helped me considerably. Greg was always courteous and helpful, and he sold me on Lakehead Motors. Greg never applied high pressure, which I appreciated greatly. I will recommend both Greg and Lakehead Motors in the future.
