"The salesperson was great!" The sales staff have been great and we have enjoyed working with them. We have purchased 3 jeeps this year from Lakehead Motors Ltd. I am not in a position to comment on the service aspect yet because our vehicles are new.

"Mr. John Kelly ... The smiling man deserves respect." Mr. John Kelly , this always smiling man deserves respect. Hes got the connections and the strings, but moreso he has the right attitude. The ability to really listen to a situation and then respond with caring actions to to rectify. We had a 6pm deadline to meet and with less than half an afternoon to get ram 1500 re-inspected, prepared, plated, and ready to go. At 5:30 the vehicle was ready.
