"Ram all the way" We just bought a new Dodge Ram! Thank you Gregory! Traveled to Thunder Bay for medical reason stopped in to look at the suv line but left buying a truck. As a busy professional I did not have a lot of time and Gregory was able to provide us with the options we needed to make the decision. Overall found this employee and dealership very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
""Handsome Jeep Grand Cherokee"" I thought I wanted to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I took it out for a test drive I was convinced this was the vehicle for me. Thanks to Mike who was so helpful with my purchase and Thanks to Brandi in finance. They both went out of their way to make sure I was able to take ownership in less than 24 hours. Awesome!!

"Went in for repair...ended up with a new car" Our car needed service while we were visiting Thunder Bay so we went to Lakehead. They were unable to repair our car in time for us to get home, and we decided to buy a new one. Nick and Taki both went above and beyond to make the deal happen in record time, even arranging insurance with our company despite our local office being closed. This was not the experience we were expecting, but they really took all the stress out of it. And Nick even came in on his day off.

"Professional and accommodating " As busy professionals we did not have a lot of time to find what we needed. Greg was so accommodating to meet in the evenings and even gave up his day off to help us find our perfect fit (he should get a nice sunny day off as a replacement😀).
