"Michelle D and John K Rock" John and Michelle bent over backwards to accommodate my wife and I and invested a great deal of time in us without any guarantee of a purchase. We don't like pushy, high-pressure sales people and our wishes were honoured by these two awesome people. We found both Michelle and John to be quite genuine and friendly. They were both easy to talk to and were extremely patient and helpful.

"Two new trucks" my wife and I were in need of new vehicles. We drove slowly through many dealerships and even got out at a few and were never greeted until we arrived at Lakehead. I dealt with Mike Vanderwater and my wife dealt with Greg Cleland. Two younger sales staff that were very knowledgeable and took the time to show us many styles and models of SUV'S and trucks. ""Excellent Service"" I was in the market for a new utility van for work, and am very happy with the outcome. I dealt with a new salesperson by the name of Mike Vanderwater. He was unfamiliar with this type of vehicle, as it is not a frequently sold van. He put the extra time and effort in by researching different options, and even brought the vehicle by my workplace to show me. "first time mopar product owner" First time mopar owner. i spent about a month researcher this purpose and decided to go with the grand cherokee. mike was quick to approach me when i first got to the lot and started to browse. He advised me that he was new and this did not effect his knowledge in any way. he was able to answer all the questions i had. After test driving several vehicles from other dealerships(GMC, Kia), the jeep gave me the best feel and is able to do what i want from an suv.
