"Excellent Customer Service " Lakehead Motors is always a pleasure to deal with. Nick Figliomeni went above and beyond like usual with customer service. "Very accommodating and thorough" We went in looking to trade our car for something more like an SUV. The salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they recommended. They weren't pushy and were very understanding of our needs and wants. They even managed to find us a vehicle that exceeded our list of wants while still meeting our needs and budget. They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.

"Scott Schumka Best service Advisor Ever!" on February 16 I called the dealership early in the morning because my engine light was on and I was worried about my fairly new Jeep Cherokee. I don't know who answered in the service department but the earliest appointment they said I could come was February 23 one week later. "Great Service" Our Mobile Service Vehicle had a message illuminated saying "Low Coolant". Jim arranged for us to stop by right away to ensure vehicle was mechanically ok and to top up coolant...he has always given great customer service and is a pleasure to deal with.

"Great service" First of all we went to icar thinking the manager and sales person would help us get the car we wanted but no they tried to screw us over big time they wouldn't return our phone calls my husband would phone up there 4 to 5 times a day for a week then we finally got a call back saying we could pick up our car on Tuesday January 24 2017 and everything was all ready to go until they up the price on us so we told them to keep their car so this is how lakehead motors comes in we called up to this sales guy his nam... read more
