"Treating customer with respect " I had to get quotes for tires for our company van. I went to several tire shops in town. They are treated me like a stupid female and we're no help to me at all. I had to go back with my husband get to get someone to help me. The staff at Lakehead were helpful and friendly and treated me with respect. Thank you for the excellent service. New tires work great! "2016 Jeep Cherokee" Taki was very friendly and made us felt comfortable. He listened to what we wanted. All the other departments involved were friendly. The only thing-mud flaps had to be ordered.
