"Excellent as always" I had a specific truck in mind. They looked for it and found it. Did not waste my time with ones I was not interested in. Laid back no pressure sales. Easy to talk to. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Lakehead and I will be back. Rick is excellent and knows his stuff. Rocco is fair and funny. Cherie is excellent as usual.

"jeep wrangler unlimited sahara " Friendly nice saleperson. I had already decided what vehicle I was purchasing prior to going. The sale of the vehicle was a smooth transaction. 2 days later I was told it was ready to be picked up. Went to get it, it was not detailed even though it was reported it was. Residue from the shipping sticker was still on the window and the clear plastic sticker was still on the bumper. The soft top was suppose to be installed but wasn't. "Upgrade Sport to Limited" Contacted Lakehead Motors about a Ram Limited that was advertised. Talked to Brendan over the phone and he was very informative as to what features were on the truck and arranged to do a test drive. Came to T Bay and met with Brendan took a ride and purchased it. Brendan was very helpful and knowledgeable when we came back the next weekend all the accessories we asked for were installed and the Ram was ready to go. we were very pleased with the sales experience.
