"Joe Nigro salesman" I dealt with Joe Nigro after Bruno Savioli a former worker at Lakehead Motors for over 40 yrs. recommended him as a person who would get the job done. He was right on. Joe guided me through the process and was easy going in doing so. He convinced me that the 2016 truck I wanted to purchase was the right one for me. I finally purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram truck. "recently purchased new Journey" We've had a Dodge Grand Caravan for 5 1/2 years, also purchased from Lakehead. Decided to trade in and get a new Journey. Nick was our salesman and was fantastic. Very knowledgeable but not pushy. We visited a couple of times and drove the Journey twice. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Journey ?? Thanks Nick!! (The only reason that I gave 4 stars not 5 is due to my previous experiences with the service dept..things not being fixed even though it was checked off that they were etc )

"experience at dealership" Both the salesman and the woman who dealt with the money aspect of buying the van were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.We took the van for a test drive on Thursday, signed the papers that day and on Tuesday, it was ready for pick up, cleaned fueled and detailed. The only thing I was kind of disappointed in was the fact that no spare tire comes with the van which I think is a necessity with any vehicle
"HAPPY CUSTOMERS" At Lakehead Motors you enter as a customer but leave as a friend, well treated, respected and with priority service. Despite the number of 'mind changes' to get the ultimate vehicle, you never feel like you are bothering the sales people. Follow up is excellent by sales personnel as well as the personnel responsible for other aspects of the sale. It is a great place to do business and there is no doubt our allegiance will be with this dealership.

"Fantastic" Overall great service. They made sure I had everything I needed & even took the time to add in some extras I requested. It was awesome how they explained in great detail everything that I was purchasing along with my vehicle. Their service was and always will be greatly appreciated.
