I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this community. However, the windows and doors are very old and don't seal correctly. They are not weatherized very well and in the weather, my apartment is extremely cold. The neighbors above me have the new wood floors. You can hear everything and when they walk of the probably normal it sounds like they are stomping. Even when there dog is scratching it is very loud in my apartment. We love everything... (Verified Renter) We love everything about living here. From the community, our immediate neighbors, the staff, the amenities, everything. We have absolutely nothing to complain about or be unhappy about. We even found a new church around the corner.

I am very happy that there is also a place here for retired elders such as myself. I love the setting of the community and the spirit of its management . So yes I will recommend and have recommended The Landings to a variety of friends and family should they move to Tennessee.
