The grounds and buildings are kept to a high standard of beauty and repair. Overall, the residents are respectful of one another and the community here with the Landings of Brentwood.
I WOULD DEFINITELY... (Verified Renter) I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend because I am sure that no other place would measure up to The Landings. I have been here 7 years and never even consided moving.
Location and amenities... (Verified Renter) Location and amenities are great, staff is helpful and nice, I would warn them of the building common areas being vary dirty and some of the parking lots are rough but overall would recommend it.

I tell everyone... (Verified Renter) I tell everyone how great the maintenance team is here. Each time we have requested a service call, somebody wonderful has arrived and fixed the problem. We couldn't ask for more!
