So far I... (Verified Renter) So far I enjoy the community, it's quiet and I feel at home. There are activities and an easily accessible car wash right on the premises and I think that's a great benefit to have in the place you live.

(Verified Renter) First and foremost: with so many different, and often compelling, competing alternatives on the market, I'm convinced that people like Rachel can make all the difference in the world, which she did. Second: The renovations that the ownership is investing in demonstrate that they're in it for the right reasons. Third, the location of the particular unit that Rachel helped us find is perfect for my wife and me, and we're looking forward to the community life we'll enjoy there.

Management is outstanding.... (Verified Renter) Management is outstanding. They are very polite and understanding. The only issues that I have run into this far was maintenance and a couple of times that the front office staff not being very friendly.
