RecommendedEvery staff member starting from the front desk girls to the person that helps with the financial part, to the staff in the back that rooms you and takes measurements of your prescription and the doctors were the best, they all stood out as professional, extremely friendly and just awesome overall. I would have liked to be informed that I wouldn't be able to see clearly for at least a month or more. That was conveniently miscommunicated & it would have been appropriate for the Surgeon to follow up later in the evening with a call to his patient to check on my well-being. But hey, I guess you get what you pay for right?? Uhh. Don't try to get your records from this office. I had lasik done here 15 years ago. I now have cataracts and have called multiple times for the last two months to get my records, as my doctor needs them to proceed with my surgery. My surgery is in two weeks, so I guess it is getting too late. I now have to pay an extra amount of money for an additional, comprehensive exam. This office is very incompetent. Maybe I should just drive all the way up from Tucson to get my records, as I don't know what else to do.
I would never recommend this business to anyone!! We where told to plan to be at our appointment for 2-3 hours. We ended up being there for almost 5 hours! Our care credit card was in my husbands name and we asked the receptionist if he would need to be there. She said yes.. instead of taking us back to do the payment right away they made him wait for over an hour while they did the final checks of my eyes.
