You need to yell them to get what you need!! Dr. Kownacki and his medical team was awesome but front people, omg. Here is my story, I needed my medical records for my new job, they said ok we will give you but it takes like one week! For medical records one week! I said ok and started waited. Scheduled an appointment for my husbands PRK surgery and they got it all scheduled. Then we reached out to them for information about payments and about the surgery itself and left several messages. They do not call back they did not confirm the appointment and then they think we’re going to trust them to laser his eyeballs!?! They have great reviews maybe this was just one instance. They will waste your time, had a bad experience with the staff.

RecommendedIt was a wonderful experience. Staff was amazing, friendly and made me feel important. Onto the day of surgery, it went smoothly and Dr. Kownacki explain every step during the procedure. He made me feel very safe in his hands. After surgery for the first few hours it was a little uncomfortable and burning feeling, but as instructed by the staff, I went home took a 4 hour nap and when I woke up all burning was gone and felt great.
