Effective service and nice staff!
I had my consultation visit on 15 Jan. 2020 at the Farmington, CT office. Everyone there was awesome Stephanie was the counselor and was able to answer all my questions as well as put me at ease on the whole process. She walked me through the initial visit, what to expect as it pertained to the visit and if I was a candidate for the procedure that I was under no obligation to have it done. I had a great experience at The Lasik Vision Institute. The staff was awesome, explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and the Dr. Patinnelli was so great with me during the procedure.
Could not be more impressed with my results, would do it again if I ever had to! The staff are a handful of amazing individuals, all of them are so friendly and informative. No question of mine went unanswered. The procedure process was fast, clean and professional. If you are thinking of having a LASIK surgery done, I would 110% recommend it!

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE there was so friendly and welcoming. They fully explained everything and completely answered any and all of my questions. The procedure was quick and painless (there was only mild pressure) and at my follow-up appointment the next day I was already 20/20 in my left eye and 20/15 in my right eye. All in all, it was a great experience, the staff was wonderful and I've already recommended the LVI to my friends with glasses/contacts. My eye doctor has always told me I would be a good candidate for LASIK. I always thought the cost was astronomical. After taking my son to the CT Kids Fair one weekend I learned just how wrong I was.
