It was interesting, but too salesy!! I wanted a much more clinical experience.
I wasn't satisfied with my services at Lasik Vision. Krista the office manager was like a pushy salesman. Very bad at communicating and just tries to get you to sign up for the procedure. Krista was supposed to let me know if I needed PRK instead of Lasik. She didn't do her job and I was not told I needed PRK when I went into the operating room for the procedure. The most unprofessional place ever .after telling me I am a good candidate for Lasix surgery. make me take 4 days off from work . Spent $120 on eyedrops, had me going back back-and-forth 4 different times, The day of the operation had me sit there for 3 hours to then tell me were just effing around with me ,sorry can't do your eyes you're not a good candidate go home ...... wtf
This is the most un professional place ever . They take your money after telling you your a great candidate make you lose a days pay , force you to sit there 4 hours to then tell you we were just kidding we're not doing your eyes go home . We will refund you your money eventually ��� BBB will be contacted
Was not happy since day one but I unfortunately why through with it, now I can't see at night and one eye is perfect the other eye I need contacts for because I'm -.50... Would not recommend
They tell you that you're all set and qualifying on day of the surgery surgeon says you do not qualify very unprofessional. Scam. Also have to pay for medication prior to surgery now since I'm not getting the surgery I don't need the medication but I'm out of that money also
I would NEVER recommend anyone having surgery here!!!!!!! They are NOT HONEST , they are RUDE, especially the manger Krista Makowski. I was legally blind for about 6 weeks after surgery. PRK is not over in 3 days like the promise you. They charge extra for future enhancements. Go to LASIK Plus Dr. Salierno is awesome. The facility and the people are so much better.
