I had to switch over to this office after having my surgery at the Hamden office. Dr Eagan was awesome and explained everything I was experiencing ( I’m 2 months post PRK monovision) I haven’t needed glasses since surgery and I feel free again! I’m still having issues with night vision but it should improve with time. Everyone wants things so fast but my advice is to be patient. Eyes take time to heal.

The staff and process as well as procedure at Lasik Vision Institute in Farmington was astounding. From the very 1st visit to determine feasibility of the surgery to the last appointment (today) 3 months post-op, the experience was a very good one. This place and the people that work there are fantastic. Everyone on the staff is very personable and professional, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I went from a -3 prescription in both eyes - to no glasses with 20/15 vision in both. Alex Stone's review really hits it on the head with the steps you go through for evaluation and up to the procedure. I just had PRK surgery yesterday and I am so happy with my results! The procedure was what I expected, a little uncomfortable but quick. Everyone at the office is very professional , friendly, and helps put you at ease . I highly recommend them!
Lasik vision institute was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and assured I was going to do amazing. I now have 20/15 vision! Would highly recommend the Farmington staff. Stephanie was friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions you have!
I just had my Lasik yesterday and the results are amazing! I have been wearing glasses my whole life and the gift of sight without inconvenience is beyond words. I had an early morning appt and the longest part was waiting. The actual time in the surgery room was less than 5 minutes. Very few parts were a little uncomfortable due to them using devices to hold open your eyes but not painful with the numbing drops they used and very short lived.
