I attempted to be seen today. What a joke. I had been last year but didn’t schedule because of Covid. I was told by the office staff that I would just need to have another eye exam if I decided to move forward. My husband and I drove 3 hours for our consultation to find out the office was closed. Very unprofessional, we will be going elsewhere. If they cannot even contact patients to make them aware of scheduling changes, then it’s not a place I’d trust to do my Lasik.
RecommendedEveryone one that works there that I came into contact with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My first consultation was very thorough and I felt comfortable scheduling my procedure. I had thought about LASIK for 20 years, but never pulled the trigger. They made me feel like now was a great time to do it. The day of the procedure was flawless. Went back the next morning and I could see 20/20! I am seeing more clearly now (3 days post)than I did with my daily contacts in 30 years. I can’t recommend highly enough.

My consultation quickly turned into making an appointment to return a couple of days later as I had already done a ton of research beforehand. The staff were all very down to earth and patient. They walked me through the entire process and accommodated my budget. All the information they gave was accurate, there no sudden surprises or complications which gave me great comfort.
